Your Responsibilities

  • Handle calls, emails, and chats in French with professionalism and care.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about promotions and current offers.
  • Address account and billing issues, upsell services, troubleshoot, and manage fraudulent orders and returns—always following provided guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering empathetic and professional service.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system, including shipping instructions.
  • Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications

  • Fluent French speaker (C1/C2) with good command of English (B2+).
  • You must possess the legal documents required to work in the target country (EU passport or work visa). Note: Assistance with obtaining these documents is not provided.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to shift-based work schedules.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus!
