What you will be accomplishing: 
  • Become a Customer Champion: Identify needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure smooth account onboarding.
  • Be a Fraud Fighter: Identify suspicious activity and protect both clients and the company.
  • Resolve Payment Disputes: Investigate issues, find solutions, and keep customers happy.

 Job requirements

  • Native Dutch speakers with C1 English level
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with (difficult) customers
  • Curious and love to investigate and use their creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Target-driven and trying to exceed expectations
  • Full time contract (39 hours) 
  • Willingness to work fully on-& late shift sometimes (until 23:00, no nightshifts) 
  • Willingness to work late shifts 
  • Friendliness towards customers is one of your strongest selling points and you like to surprise the customer with the WOW factor
