We are looking for an HR Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. As an HR Admin, you will be providing administrative support to the employees who are currently working for a German corporation known for being one of the world’s leading energy technology companies.

What you'll be doing    

• Emp personal data changes - Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updates
• Manager-based transactions - New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuance
• HR-based transactions - mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
• Reporting -(ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity
• Audit Management - Support internal/external audits
• Escalation management
• Manage enquiries from client employees
• Investigate to conclude a solution to the request and communicate it to the requestor.
• Experience with German labor eco-system and collective agreement



The skills & experience you need  

• Minimum of 3-4 years of HR Admin experience

• Proficient in German language and English language
• Bachelor degree is required
• Deep knowledge of German labor law and language and experience in working with worker council requirements
• Experience in the German labor ecosystem
• Working experience in the ticketing system
• Willing to work hybrid (remote & Client office)
• Excellent understanding of WFA,HR (COE and Ops)
• Good Analytical capabilities
• Administrative writing and reporting skills
• Previous exposure to SAP HR is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of HR admin processes
