The role in a nutshell:

In this role, you’ll be in control of the CRM campaigns for 7 amazing brands within our biggest region; DACH. Constantly monitoring, reviewing, aligning, and improving our contact strategies to ensure we maintain our commercial growth in this territory that is a key revenue driver.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing day to day of a team of 13
  • Ensuring all processes, focus points and campaigns adhere to guidelines from Head of CRM, Commercial Head and regulatory teams
  • Spearhead relevant projects that impact the territories in your region (e.g. regulatory projects, new CX initiatives such as personalization, partnerships with external parties, etc.)
  • Cross functional team collaboration and stakeholder management (e.g. work closely with Commercial Heads, Trading, BI & analytics, Product, VIP, Creative teams etc.)
  • Provide around the clock support for your own and other teams. You are the name and the face of DACH team (not just CRM) and therefore you have to take a proactive approach to any and all topics that impact DACH
  • Recruitment, monitoring of performance and facilitation of Personal Development of people in your reporting line and ensuring team members get all support required
  • Ensure your team is flexible, agile, and self-sufficient by training them. We do not want to have to rely on any other team to get our day-to-day CRM activities planned, created, executed, monitored and reviewed  
  • Develop, plan, and implement data driven, localized, CRM strategies, promotions and automated retention campaigns aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value and profitability
  • Accountable for the team`s performance, including achievement of key KPIs and commercial targets for all product verticals; Sports, Casino, Poker
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing teams to roll out new game launches, supplier promotions or new features
  • Input into department and business wide developmental roadmap – developments needed to deliver a best in class CRM disciplines for Sports, Casino and Poker disciplines

Occasional:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of cross-regional initiatives initiated by the CRM CX team
  • Execute and operationalize the CRM strategies directly in the tools to support the team

What need from you:

  • At least 6 years’ experience within CRM or a marketing role
  • At least 2 years’ experience with leading teams in a complex, cross-country setting
  • Strong analytical skills and process orientation
  • Educational (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Business Management
  • Ability to drive change across all levels of an organisation – clearly define, articulate, and build a roadmap to revolutionise a department’s culture and ways of working
  • German at native speaker level and a good understanding of German and Austrian culture
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills 

Desired: 

  • Experience working with Optimove, ExactTarget, Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience within the online gaming industry
