The role
Providing accurate information to our customers
Logging of and following up on requests or incidences
Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...)
Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies and procedures
What is offered
Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
Schedule (rotative): From Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00 or from 15:00 to 24:00
Salary: 18.800 Euros gross/year + up to 2.400 Euros gross/year in bonus

Requirements
Native level of Dutch and fluent in English
Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
Good team player with drive for success.
Previous experience in similar position is a plus
