We are looking for a driven and ambitious Talent Hunter Intern to join our fast-growing recruitment team in sunny Málaga!

This is not a typical entry-level internship, we are looking for candidates who already have some exposure to sales, recruitment, or a previous internship, and who are ready to take on real responsibility from day one.

Your Role as a Talent Hunter Intern

You will be part of an international team of recruiters and report directly to your Manager. From day one, you will be involved in real recruitment processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates via our Database, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and Social media
• Creating and publishing job advertisements using your creativity
• Screening candidates via phone and matching them with the right opportunities
• Managing candidate pipelines in our internal systems
• Presenting candidates to clients and coordinating interviews
• Following up throughout the recruitment process
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Collaborating closely with your team and manager

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you:

• Are fluent in English (additional languages like German, Dutch, or Nordic languages are a strong plus)
• Minimum 4 months internship (ideally 6 months)
• Have previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a prior internship
• Are target-driven 
• Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and take initiative
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bring a positive mindset, energy, and strong work ethic
• Are able to work on-site in Málaga for the full duration
