Job description

Are you customer orientated, enthusiastic, have excellent attention to details and want to work in a warm, friendly and diverse environment?

As a Claims Administrator, you will provide service support to customers of a major life insurance Irish company operating in the EU.

Provision of information, resolution of claims and queries plus communication with internal and external customers.

 

Main Duties:

  • Provide product information to branches and their customers.
  • Responsibility of insurance claims including documentation.
  • Registering and reconciling documents in IT system.
  • Providing advice and support to new and existing clients customers.
  • Resolving customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintaining customer data in line with company policy to produce reports as required.
  • Work with the team to resolve customer queries and establish customer relationships.

 

Required Skills:

  • Be customer orientated and enthusiastic with an excellent attention to detail and procedures.
  • An ability to prioritise tasks, work to strict deadlines and effectively manage time.
  • Previous experience in processing and reviewing documentation.
  • Be fluent in Italian, written and spoken and business level English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have a proactive to self-development and progression.
  • Immediate eligibility to work in Ireland.
