We are urgently looking for a German Speaking Technical Support Specialist for a world-famous search engine and advertisement provider in the stunning city of Lisbon!

The job
You will be part of a team of top-class Technical Support Experts You will receive enquiries via a ticketing system and resolve them using your expert technical knowledge of the online marketing platform.

The activities

Part of your daily activities will be

  • Resolving technical enquiries and troubleshooting of the online marketing platform in a B 2 B environment
  • Using judgement in defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes and methods to craft alternative solutions
  • Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis
  • Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Procedure and compensation of the training
The training has a duration of 8 hours per day and the starting times may vary between 08 00 h and 09 00 h During the training you will receive an insight into your future work field which will include

  • Training for new computer software programs
  • Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client
  • Customer and technical support management training for telephone, email and ( contact
  • On the job training and independent implementation of training content

Working hours

You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift with availability between 8:00h and 17:00h.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Resolving technical enquiries and troubleshooting of the online marketing platform in a B 2 B environment

Key Skills and Experience: 

  • Native or Fluent German at least C1 level, good English at least B2 level
  • Experience or interest in online advertising or ad product experience
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template/process
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship management and support skills
