What will you do?

  • Identify, research, and engage potential hosts and partners through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches and guide prospects through the onboarding process
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Educate clients on platform features, market trends, and best practices
  • Manage and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline to meet KPIs and targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Provide insights and feedback based on client interactions and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and improve processes
  • Participate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with outbound sales and handling high-volume interactions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, resilient, and motivated mindset
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
