We are currently seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor for the world-renowned Swedish online payment provider, who is ready to embark on a professional journey in the stunning country of Greece. As the primary point of contact for customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide friendly and solution-oriented assistance. You have the flexibility to choose your location anywhere in Greece, but you also have the option to join the office in Athens.

Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Advisor, you will utilize your skills to efficiently and accurately resolve emerging issues. You will uphold excellent standards and share your expertise in online banking with customers and colleagues. Given the dynamic nature of this job, you will have the opportunity to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace.
- German-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Addressing customer inquiries related to online banking and documenting relevant case information
- Troubleshooting and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Responding appropriately to customer escalations and documenting the process accurately
- Collaborating with team members to resolve or properly close tickets
- Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
- As a representative of the company, you will embody the company values and contribute to maintaining a strong brand reputation.

Your profile:
- German language skills at C2 level + English language skills at C1 level
- Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, call center environment, or a role involving customer interaction is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literacy required
- Patience and empathy to accurately understand and resolve customer issues in accordance with customer satisfaction
- Confidential handling of all data and personal information
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
