What will you do?

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns
  • Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and align them with cloud solutions
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey
  • Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly

Candidate profile

  • C2 level of German and C1 level of English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Understanding of the DACH market, including business culture and practices
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder environments
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
