Your role

As a Player Engagement Specialist, you will work from a modern live studio and present online casino games to Dutch-speaking players.

Think of the workplace as a professional TV studio: you’ll be in front of the camera, hosting games, interacting with players and creating an engaging and entertaining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Hosting and presenting live casino games in Dutch
• Interacting with players in a friendly, professional and engaging way
• Clearly communicating game procedures and keeping the game flowing smoothly
• Creating a positive player experience
• Working confidently in front of the camera
• Following company procedures and professional standards
• Collaborating with colleagues in an international studio environment

About the company

You’ll join a leading international B2B gaming technology and software provider with more than 12,000 employees across 20+ markets.

Its Malta operation is a state-of-the-art broadcast studio providing live casino games to international markets around the clock.

Previous gaming experience is not required. New employees receive paid training through the company's in-house Academy, with a focus on presentation, communication and other transferable professional skills.

What we're looking for

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Good business English
• Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Responsible and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a public-facing/on-camera environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or public-facing position is an advantage, but not required
• EU citizen or valid right to work in Malta
