What will you do?

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients within the Benelux market
• Develop and optimize PPC campaigns for digital marketing advertisements
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored marketing solutions
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Increase client spend through upselling and campaign optimization
• Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools
• Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to support strategy
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices

Candidate profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (Master’s in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1); French is a plus
• Minimum 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of the Benelux market and cultural nuances
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Experience with CRM tools and data management
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems and ROI-driven strategies
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
