The Role

• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding orders, appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and general inquiries.

• Route and transfer clients efficiently to appropriate departments (such as depots, finance, or service teams).

• Deliver excellent client service, solve problems, and handle complaints professionally.

The Ideal Profile

• Native-level Dutch with intermediate English proficiency

• Completed secondary education

• Previous sales or customer support experience is an advantage

• Familiarity with MS Office applications

• Eager to learn with a positive, customer-first attitude

• Great background fit: Retail, hospitality, restaurants, administration, or customer support
