Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support to Zalando customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Assist customers with after-sales inquiries, including order tracking, returns, and refunds.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

• Position: After-Sales Support Specialist
• Location: Fully remote from Greece
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM (rotating shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Contract: Permanent

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: €1300 gross/month
• Sign-on Bonus: €600 (gross amount)
• Relocation Package: Available for those relocating to Greece

• Transportation Allowance: €65 gross/month
• Meal Allowance: €85 net/month
• Birthday Leave: 1 additional paid day off (after 1 year of service)

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
