Are you a Dutch speaker looking for an exciting new position starting in Amsterdam in October 2021? If you live in the Netherlands but are not yet in Amsterdam, our client offers 6 months of home-office at the start of your contract!

The Role

As a Customer Service employee, you will handle issues, advise customers by telephone and / or e-mail, and provide high-quality support services. If you are passionate about customer support, this is the perfect role for you. 

This position will be with one of the world´s leading providers of home appliances.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Native-level Dutch, fluent English
  • Candidate must be living in the Netherlands
  • Previous customer support experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Interest in fashion is an advantage
  • Ability to begin 11th of October
  • Strong computer skills
