Are you a Dutch speaker looking for an exciting new position in Customer Support, working with industry leading brands? If you live in the Netherlands but are not yet in Amsterdam, our client offers 6 months of home-office at the start of your contract!

The Role

As a Customer Service employee, you will handle issues, advise customers by telephone and / or e-mail, and provide high-quality support services. If you are passionate about customer support, this is the perfect role for you. 

This position will be working with a leading fashion retail platform, and will  give you the opportunity to learn about their business!

The Ideal Candidate

  • Native-level Dutch, fluent English
  • Candidate must be living in the Netherlands
  • Previous customer support experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Interest in fashion is an advantage
  • Strong computer skills
