Looking for a new job in the heart of Europe? 

We are looking for Czech or Slovak speakers for a full-time AP accountant role who can advise the team in the area of accounts payables. On top of daily tasks, you would need to observe the current shape of the process and be able to help with cases where invoices and payments get stuck on the way.

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Execute and monitor the invoice/expense booking process with the team of accountants;
  • Act as an advisor for payables process in SAP system;
  • Take initiative when dealing with difficult cases;
  • Communicate with stakeholders on the client side;
  • Point out room for improvement you see in the process;
  • Support/execute other AP tasks where needed: payment, vendor inquiries, account reconciliation, internal reporting, etc.
  • Refer un-resolvable & complex cases to accountants or Team lead for guidance & resolution.

What makes you a good candidate?

  • Native level of Czech OR Slovak language;
  • Fluent English (min. B2);
  • Experience in SAP is a big advantage;
  • Secondary education or higher with an Accountancy / Banking / Financial background would be an advantage;
  • User PC skills;
  • Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
