Work as a Italian-speaking Tourism Advisor in Portugal for a famous technology company!

Tasks:

• Inbound based customer support, mainly through phone and email
• Support to guests with managing reservations (requests & complaints, e.g. date change, cancellation, refund process)
• Car rental customer support & rides customer support (similar to an Uber or a Taxi transfer) (here Agents also work with a chat channel)
• Support to partners managing Extranet (assistance to partners managing their hotels, e.g. open availability, manage calendar, invoices, front end set up)
• Each agent supports their language + English.

Requirements:

• Native level of Italian and business fluent English both written and oral.
• Prior experience in customer service/technical support and/or experience
• Ability to take detailed information
• Adapt at working with ambiguity
• Strong comprehension skills (adaptive writing, active reading)
• Ability to stay positive and project optimism – Adaptability to new and ever-changing needs
• Enjoying the gadget culture and staying up-to-speed on the consumer electronics industry
• Strong organizational skills.
