As a Customer Service Ambassador with a genuine passion for games, you will be communicating with our players to guide them through our amazing “adventure” - using chat & email to provide assistance and advice in an easy-going style. You will be part of our CS Ambassador Team who are the communication hub; listening to our players and acting as their voice to the business. Your team consists of experienced, like-minded Ambassadors with the right approach, willingness to learn and develop.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for navigating our players through the “adventure” by providing industry leading support that is described as “out of this world”. This is a little taste of what that means:

  • Providing assistance, advice, life hacks and small talk with our players through our various communication channels
  • Work in collaboration with other cross-functional teams such as - Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments, Loyalty
  • Contribute fresh new ideas, giving constructive feedback to keep improving how we work and exercising your creativity

 

Who you are:

In a nutshell, you are imaginative, a bit quirky, have great people skills and ooze positive energy. As our CS Ambassador this also means you are:

  • Native in English language skills
  • Curious about gaming
  • Quick on the keys with an optimistic-mindset
