What will you do?

  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients in the German market
  • Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital advertising services
  • Understand customer objectives and provide tailored solutions
  • Increase customer spend through upselling strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
  • Handle a high volume of daily client interactions
  • Identify growth opportunities and reduce customer churn

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in German (C2) and English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven strategies
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of the German market and business culture
  • Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and campaign performance
  • Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-focused mindset
