Job description

Are you fluent in German and English? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? If so, we want you to join our client's team in their brand new offices in Warsaw!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through online chats, e-mails

  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers

  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints

  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions

  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

  • Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.

  • Ability to work on shifts (day, late evening shifts, or night)‍
