As a Customer Advisor, you will utilize your skills to efficiently and accurately resolve emerging issues. You will uphold excellent standards and share your expertise in online banking with customers and colleagues. - German-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Addressing customer inquiries related to online banking and documenting relevant case information
- Troubleshooting and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Responding appropriately to customer escalations and documenting the process accurately
- Collaborating with team members to resolve or properly close tickets
- Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
