Job description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Inbound Sales Specialist. In this role, you will primarily handle inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing detailed information about our products or services, and successfully closing sales. What you will do?
- Conduct research and create targeted outreach materials in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
- Initiate contact with potential clients through marketing inquiries and warm lead calls.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads, qualify sales opportunities, and arrange meetings.
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects effectively.
- Maintain and manage client accounts for high engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide empathetic customer support and assist in product usage and issue resolution.
- Communicate product features, pricing, and payment options through a consultative approach.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships for future sales opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate unresolved issues and refine customer targeting.
- Support sales team efforts to achieve targets and share customer trend insights.
- Execute sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and accurately record activities in the CRM.
- Deliver live demos and presentations tailored to client business objectives.
- Participate in training, adhere to company policies, and meet performance standards.
- Update client activities in the CRM to support reporting and customer interaction analysis.
Your Profile:
- Native-level German and Fluent English (C1 level): Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales environment is advantageous.
- Understanding of Fintech Products: Familiarity with fintech solutions is a plus.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to excel in dynamic and ambiguous sales settings.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google applications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs with attention to detail.
- Collaboration: A team player who contributes actively to department goals.
- Openness to Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Willingness to learn, grow, and demonstrate honesty and reliability.
- Empathy and Reassurance: Ability to understand and effectively address customer concerns.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, ensuring priorities and client needs are met promptly
