Job description

Due to increased demand, we are growing our night shift team, working on behalf of our Australian and New Zealand or American clients. We are seeking ambitious, target-driven individuals who are ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment with great salary + uncapped commission.

Tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, ideally from a Business to Business (B2B) role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This is an exciting opportunity for a money motivated individuals to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Responsible for fulfilling current contracts as well as generating new business.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • High standard of English language, both verbal and written, We are seeking candidates who are native English speakers with either an American or Australian background, ideally born and raised in their respective countries. This preference is aimed at ensuring effective communication with our target audience and leveraging cultural nuances that resonate with them.   • Ability to build rapport with project decision makers.
  • IT literate – effective use of company systems to enhance prospecting data.
  • Highly motivated, ready to learn and achieve success.
  • Preferably situated in Malaga.

    • Australian: S-T 23:00-07:00
